Not satisfy with the biggest hotel under the sea, currently Dubai was plan to build the most sophisticated building in the world and environment friendly.
The building that will be built in that oil country indeed had the quite complicated combination. The building was design by David Fisher from Dynamic Architecture was a building that could produce electricity personally through the wind turbine that was installed on each floor. So it could produce 1200000 kilowatts per the hour during 1 year.
That was the reason, why did it be appropriate to called 'eco friendly' or environment friendly.
From the aspect of architecture and technology view, each floor could turn to get different view every time.
Eventually this building will consist of the apartment, hotel, office complex, restaurant and other.
