Three polar bear made all the zoo visitor surprised. Because in this zoo there was three polar bear with a green fur. Believe it because its true and you gotta see it.
This three polar bear that live in the Higashiyama Zoo in Nagoya, Japan usually had a white fur. But according to Masami Kurobe a spokeperson from the zoo said that was cause because the bear often swimming in a pond with an overgrowth of algae.
“We realize if this polar bear has become a public attention. This was proven with the number of visitors who asked about the condition for this bear".
Could be confirmed the main cause was the high temperatures in July and August and less-frequent water changes because of the zoo's conservation efforts caused an algae growth in the bear pond and safety moat.
Kurobe added that the algae that enters hollow spaces in the bears' fur is hard to rinse off. The big possibility this coming November the algae growth subsides and the bear fur color will return to its normal.
